You will need:
2 packs of SAULĖS GRŪDAS corn chips with chia seeds
300 g pitted Kalamata olives
1-6 anchovy fillets (to taste)
1-2 tbsp capers
4 tbsp olive oil
Lemon juice to taste
1 garlic clove and a few sun-dried tomatoes (optional)
Fresh or dried herbs (optional)
How to prepare:
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until you reach your desired consistency. To enhance the flavor, you can add a garlic clove and some sun-dried tomatoes.
