1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1. The organizer of the “Buy Saulės grūdas products and win a flight to Bali” promotion (hereafter “Promotion”) is UAB “AR maistas”, company code: 302462930, address: Bernatonių g. 6, LT-35289, Panevėžys, email: info@armaistas.lt (hereafter “Organizer”).
1.2. The following Saulės grūdas products participate in the Promotion (hereafter “Promotion Products”):

• 4779030891501 Crispy sticks with onions

• 4779030891655 Oat and brown rice crackers
• 4779030891662 Corn crackers with chia seeds
• 4779030891402 Corn crackers

1.3. The Promotion runs in MAXIMA X, MAXIMA XX, MAXIMA XXX, PC IKI, and PC RIMI stores in Lithuania where the products are sold and fiscal receipts are issued.
1.4. Promotion period: from May 12, 2025, to June 12, 2025 (inclusive).
1.5. All residents of the Republic of Lithuania can participate, except employees of UAB “AR maistas”, their family members, and other persons involved in organizing the Promotion.
1.6. To participate, buy 2 units of any Promotion Products and register your purchase receipt on the website www.saulesgrudas.lt during the Promotion period.

2. PRIZES
2.1. prize: Flight tickets for two to Bali. The trip must be planned and completed by December 31, 2025. Flight date can be chosen. Economy class flight. Flight ticket costs covered by UAB “AR maistas”. Other travel expenses are the winner’s responsibility.

• EQUA water bottles – 20 pcs.
• Box of triangular crackers (14 packs) – 30 pcs.

3. REGISTRATION PROCEDURE, PARTICIPATION DEADLINES AND CONDITIONS
3.1. Each receipt with at least 2 Promotion Products can be registered only once. Participants can enter unlimited times by purchasing products and registering different receipts.
3.2. Registration is open from May 12, 2025, to June 12, 2025 (inclusive).
3.3. Register online at www.saulesgrudas.lt by providing your full name, receipt number, email, and phone number.
3.4. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
3.5. By registering, participants consent to their personal data being used for direct marketing. Data is processed and stored according to Lithuanian data protection laws.
3.6. Participants can request to stop data processing or delete their data at any time during the Promotion by submitting a written request.
3.7. After such a request, the participant cannot continue in the Promotion or claim prizes.
3.8. Keep purchase receipts until prizes are claimed to prevent disputes or fraud.
4. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION, AND PRIZE CLAIMING
4.1. Winners will be selected and notified by email or phone and announced on www.saulesgrudas.lt.
4.2. Winners will agree on prize pickup details individually.
4.3. To claim a prize, winners must present an ID (ID card, passport, or driver’s license) and the purchase receipt.
4.4. Prizes not claimed within 30 calendar days will not be compensated and become property of the Organizer.
5. PARTICIPANT EXPENSES
5.1. Participants cover any personal costs related to participation (e.g., travel to prize pickup location).
5.2. Organizer pays all mandatory state taxes on prizes.
6. COMPLAINTS
6.1. Complaints must be submitted in writing with relevant documents to UAB “AR maistas”, Bernatonių St. 6, LT-35289, Panevėžys by February 20, 2025. The Organizer will respond within 30 days.
7. FINAL TERMS
7.1. Organizer is not responsible for participant personal expenses related to the game.
7.2. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other goods.
7.3. Organizer reserves the right to change the rules without prior notice but will announce changes on the same channels as the original rules.
